I admire very much your gutsy determination to make a change in your life, and hope you are finding the strength you need everyday to build on the progress you've made already for a brighter and happier future.
You don't need anyone to tell you about how challenging the struggle can be because you know already first-hand. Don't even pay attention to anyone who thinks they know better than you, how to make your path work for you, or who criticizes you for your choices in life. You are the best qualified person to know what you want and need, and I think you are creative and intelligent enough to create a new future for yourself where you can find that worthwhile path that fits your talents and your hard-won wisdom. Helping others who have faced the same things as you have is one way. Creating a better life for yourself will make the whole world that much better, and if everyone in the world did just that, life would improve everywhere.
